Fulton County Veterans Honor Guard members gathered Wednesday at the Fulton County Public Library in Rochester to dedicate a paper chain American Flag display.
An annual display at the library, the chains holding the flag together also hold the names of veterans and active members service members from all branches of the military as a way of honoring their service and dedication to our country. Community members interested in adding a name to the paper chain flag can do so by giving the name of the service member to the adult circulation staff, who will then include them on the display. The flag will remain near the east entrance of the library until Dec. 2.
