The Fulton County Public Library in Rochester is creating their annual American Flag display in honor of our veterans and active service members.
Those who wish to have their names added can do so by calling the library at 574-223-2713 and give the name and branch of the former or active service member.
In addition, there will be a flag raising ceremony Wednesday, Nov. 5 from 11 a.m. to and 12 p.m. at the flagpole on the corner of 7th and Pontiac Street. The Star-Spangled Banner will be performed by Erica Yates during the ceremony.
