The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Frost Advisory for areas of southeastern Illinois and southwestern Indiana from 12 a.m. Wednesday until 9 a.m. CT Thursday.
Diminishing winds and temperatures dropping into the middle 30s during the overnight hours will result in the forming of frost outdoors. The frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Those types of plants may die if left uncovered.
