Austen Bradley Stout was arrested last year by the Greencastle Police Department.
A Fillmore man was sentenced this week to six years in the Indiana Department of Corrections and two years probation following his arrest last year.
Austen Bradley Stout, Fillmore, was arrested last year by the Greencastle Police Department after an Indianapolis based child predator tracking group notified local authorities that Stout responded to an online decoy, which Stout believed was a 14 year old girl, for sex.
Stout had chatted with the decoy before agreeing to meet the decoy at Speedway Gas Station and have sex with her. While chatting, Stout sent graphic photos of his genitals and promised to provide marijuana to the decoy, according to court records.
Stout was originally charged with child solicitation and dissemination of matter harmful to minors.
According to court records, Stout changed his plea from not guilty to guilty and accepted a plea deal for a conviction of the child solicitation charge, which is a Level 4 felony.
