A brief pursuit ended with an arrest after Parke County deputies were called to a reported fight among family members.
Deputies responded to Walker Ramp Road but were also told that a suspect in the incident had left the scene. Justin Lewis, 35, was quickly spotted driving westbound at a high rate of speed on US 36. As deputies tried to catch up Lewis turned north onto SR 59 reaching speeds over 100 miles per hour. Lewis eventually pulled over south of CR 350 North.
Lewis was arrested for OWI refusal, habitual traffic violator and reckless driving.
He was initially held on $8,000 bond.
