Joe Lenihan has been named the 2025 George & Suzy Schneider Service Award winner for serving his community through his church always willing to help whenever he is needed.
He has volunteered with local food pantries and shred events, and organized cleanup days. coordinates and participates in several community golf scrambles and is also an assistant high school girls basketball coach.
A licensed agent since 2021, Lenihan joined F.C. Tucker Advantage in 2021 earning Executive Club in 2023, and President’s Club and Marketing Excellence Awards in 2024.
The award is named for George and Suzy Schneider who were the previous owners of the real estate brokerage. Current owners, Chris and Michelle Skillern, instituted the award to recognize their agents who make a significant community impact, and to honor the legacy of George and Suzy’s contributions to the Greencastle community.
In recognition, each year the Schnieders make a contribution to a charitable organization of the winner’s choice. Lenihan chose A Kinetic Change, Inc., a 501c3 non-profit organization founded in September 2014 in honor and memory of the vibrant Andrew Keith Carr that aims to increase community physical activity.
“We are endlessly proud of our agents’ contributions to our community and our company,” said Michelle Skillern, co-owner of F.C. Tucker Advantage. “We already know they are the best in the business when it comes to guiding their buyers and sellers, but this recognition gives us a chance each year to get a unique look at all our agents’ passion projects, honor the Schnieder’s legacy and help the community even more. It’s truly an honor.”
