The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department Drug Task Force, with Plymouth Police, Indiana State Police, and Net 43, executed a search warrant at 814 North Walnut Street in Plymouth on Thursday morning, February 27.
50-year-old Brian Fearnow of the North Walnut Street address was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He is being held for possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance, and neglect of a dependent with a $3000 cash bond.
The Indiana Department of Child Services also removed two children from the home.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed. The person charged is presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and is entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
