TERRE HAUTE, Indiana (DLC Media) - An accident in Terre Haute led to an arrest after a vehicle fled the scene of the crash. The accident occurred on Wednesday when two vehicles collided at the intersection of US 41 and Charlotte Lane._x000D_ _x000D_ The vehicle that fled the scene had significant tire damage and was eventually caught. 52-year-old Ramiro Canpechano, who was driving the vehicle, was arrested. He now faces charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and operating a vehicle while never obtaining a license.
