The driver was identified as 25-year-old Evelin Dinora Zelaya-Aguilar from Illinois. After questioning Zelaya-Aguilar, it was determined that she did not possess a valid operator's license and had never been issued a driver’s license.
At 8 a.m., Zelaya-Aguilar was taken into custody, transported to the Marshall County Jail, and booked for operating without a license. She was released on bond just before noon.
