Officer Wozniak with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department initiated a traffic stop on a black 2007 Lexus near North Michigan Street and Plymouth-Goshen Road Wednesday morning, May 7th, just after 3.
During his investigation, authorities found that the driver and sole occupant, Yustin N. Diaz Mejia, 22, of Pierce Street in Plymouth, was operating a vehicle without ever having received a driver's license. She was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail, where she was held on a $100 cash bond for about 30 minutes. She was released on bond at 4:06 a.m.
