CLAY COUNTY, Indiana (DLC Media) - A deputy's vehicle was struck by a single vehicle over the weekend on US 40. The accident happened on Saturday afternoon. The deputy, identified as Adam Richmond, was performing a regular traffic stop when his vehicle was suddenly struck by another vehicle._x000D_ _x000D_ According to the report, the driver, Dylan Barnett of Vigo County, was traveling eastbound toward Brazil when he struck the vehicle._x000D_ _x000D_ Richmond was taken to the hospital with minor injuries from the accident. According to the sheriff's office, Richmond is not dealing with significant injuries.
