74-year-old Dave Thompson was traveling west on State Road 17 in a 2000 Chevy Astro Van and entering the curve at Sycamore Road when he lost control of his vehicle on the wet roadway.
Thompson continued off the west side of the roadway before striking a ditch and a tree line. He was transported to the Plymouth Hospital for treatment of minor injuries sustained in the crash.
Plymouth Fire and Culver EMS assisted the Marshall County Sheriff's Department with the accident.
