The Marshall County Drainage Board and Commissioners will meet Monday morning in the second-floor meeting room of the County Building.
The Drainage Board meeting begins at 8:30 a.m., and members will consider Hoosier Tire's variance request on the PIDCO Ditch.
Jake Wetzel of Heritage Drone Services will explain his business and how it could assist the county with brush treatment along regulated ditches.
Robert Goo will return to the County Drainage Board to discuss sediment in a channel in the Marks Park Subdivision at Lake of the Woods.
The board will also determine which regulated drains will have maintenance assessments and which will not be in collection.
The Commissioner's meeting begins at 9:30 a.m. with a report from the Highway Superintendent. Annette Hanning from Marshall County Hope will provide an update, and HR will seek approval for a Sick Bank request.
The county sheriff will request a prepayment for a vehicle purchase; the treasurer will present an agreement for printing and mailing tax bills and seek approval for an ordinance establishing fees.
The commissioner’s agenda also includes a public hearing on a plan commission item for James and May Husband, the quarterly report from the Council on Aging, a presentation, and a request from Dustin’s Place executive director Viki Brown, the request from EMA to apply for a BRIC Grant and the county’s IT department will present an agreement with Hoosier IT Services.
Circuit Court Judge Surrisi will ask the commissioner to support her request to apply for Title IV-E Funding.
