The Marshall County Drainage Board and the County Commissioners will meet Monday morning in the second-floor meeting room of the County Building. The Drainage Board meeting is at 8:30 and the Commissioners will meet at 9:30.
The agenda for the County Drainage Board includes a public hearing on the J. Ballinger/Myers Ditch, a proposed reroute of the Milner Tile, and the Lake of the Woods Conservancy.
The agenda for the County Commissioners includes a report from Highway Superintendent Jason Peters. Thomas Kinnaird will give a program update for Marshall County Hope and Annette Haining from Breathe Easy Marshall County Alliance will update the commissioners on their programs. Billy Schoff from the County Building & Grounds Department will present his quarterly report while Brain Carver from the Culver Youth Club will give the commissioners an update.
Marshall County Clerk, Jenny Bennitt is going to discuss the microfilm machine, and Teresa Barnhart from the 4-H Council will meet with the commissioners. Marshall County Sheriff Matt Hassel will request to apply for the 2025 CHIRP Grant. He is also seeking approval of the COVID-19 Detection and Mitigation Grant agreement.
County Attorney Jim Clevenger will give his report and County Auditor Angie Birchmeier will present claims and minutes. Public comment is also on the agenda along with a discussion with Human Resources.
