The Marshall County Drainage Board and County Commissioners will meet this morning in the second-floor meeting room of the County Building.
The meetings are at 8:30 and 9:30 and are also streamed live on the county’s YouTube site.
The Drainage Board will hear the request of Graver Commercial Properties to re-route the Henry Kelver Tile and Merl Hayn will discuss maintenance on the J. Ballinger Ditch.
The other items on the Drainage Board agenda are approval of the May 20th minutes, other business and public comments.
The County Commissioners have a lengthy agenda including a report from County Highway Superintendent Jason Peters, Shannon McLeod from Priority Projects for the bid opening for the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehab Projects for homes # 5,7,8 and 9.
Annette Haining from Breath Easy Marshall County will present her quarterly update and Marcella Kunstek from the Foundation for Fair Contracting will discuss the Indiana Responsibility Bidder Ordinance. County Health Department Administrator Sandy Dunfee will seek approval for washer and dryer sets while Ty Adley will conduct a public hearing on the request of Kenneth and Michelle Bachtel.
The County Commissioners will also hear from the County Attorney and County Auditor, open the meeting for public comments and discuss an appointment to the Unsafe Building Board.
