Non-profit and community leaders celebrated Wednesday the official groundbreaking for the Mary Jane and Robert W. Reed Nonprofit Center.
The center is at the site of the former Heritage manor, 2311 South Miller Street.

The center will provide a space for incubation, a centralized food pantry operation, and navigator services for case management. Healthy Shelby County will own and operate the new Nonprofit Center.

The future site of the center was a generous donation from the Reed Family: Pamela DePrez, Garry Reed, Jeffrey Reed, and Bobbi Conner.
