The Marshall County Commissioners will meet Monday morning at 9:30 in the second-floor meeting room of the County Building.
Jason Peters, Superintendent of the Highway Department, will give a report, and Sheriff Hassel will present a K9 contract and an agreement for LEADS subscription service, along with an ordinance to modify the electronic data processing fees.
The commissioners will ratify the Disaster Emergency Declaration, and Judge Surrisi from the Marshall Circuit Court will present an ordinance for Public Defenders. The County Auditor and Attorney will give reports, and there will be a chance for public comments.
Under Commissioner Items, they will make an appointment to the Marshall County Regional District Board, discuss an agreement with T-Mobile, consider a contract with Vialytics, and the agreement for auction services.
The Commissioner’s meeting is open to the public and streamed live on their YouTube channel.
