The Marshall County Commissioners will hear the complaint of Dale Blanch of the encroachment of County’s right-of-way during their meeting Monday morning, July 15th.
Also on the agenda is a report by County Highway Superintendent Jason Peters, and an update on the jail repair project by John Greer, head of the Jail Building and Grounds. The Commissioners will also hear the Attorney’s Report, Auditor’s Report, an opportunity for public input and Commissioner Items where they consider on second reading an ordinance on contracts and approve a Conflict of Interest.
The July Drainage Board meeting scheduled for Monday at 8:30 has been canceled due to lack of agenda items.
