The County Commissioners approved two pre-pay requests during Monday’s meeting.
The first pre-pay is for the purchase of the Bowen Building on Illinois Street in Plymouth. This pre-pay is in the amount of $251,510 and will come from the Marshall County Health Department through using Health First Indiana funds. This is the first payment on the building.
The second payment will be due one year from the closing date of March 18, 2025. That amount is scheduled to be $100,000.
The final payment is due two years from the closing date and is another $100,000.
The second pre-pay request was for Hyperwave Consulting. The amount of the pre-pay is $27,743.89 and is for replacement and additional security cameras and their instillation.
