CLAY COUNTY, Indiana (DLC Media) - A police chase from Clay County Sheriff's Deputies turned into an arrest. The Chase began when a deputy positively identified the driver as Richard A. Romandine III as he was leaving a gas station. Romandine is wanted with an outstanding warrant in Putnam County._x000D_ _x000D_ Romandine did not stop when the deputy pursued. After a short chase, Romandine did finally give himself up. Romandine was found to have an illegal substance. Along with an original warrant in Putnam County, Romandine added resisting law enforcement.
