Plymouth Police arrested two individuals in separate cases for driving while suspended with priors this weekend.
Officer Krynock received a FLOCK alert about a vehicle with a suspended driver on Saturday, January 25, at about 10:30 a.m. He located the suspect vehicle and saw that the registered owner was driving.
A traffic stop was initiated at the Speedway Gas Station. Dustin Milton, 44, of Nappanee, was taken into custody, transported to the Marshall County Jail, and lodged for driving while suspended with a prior. He was given a court date of March 4 and held on a $500 cash bond until about 4 p.m. when his bond was paid.

On Sunday afternoon, January 26, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Officer Thornton observed a vehicle traveling 70 mph in a posted 50 mph zone.
A traffic stop was initiated on U.S. 30 in the westbound lanes, and it was determined that Demire Lashonda Brownlee, 44, of Fort Wayne, was operating while having a suspended license.
Brownlee was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for driving while suspended with a prior. She was able to bond out about two and a half hours later.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings, entitled to be represented by counsel, and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
