The City of Plymouth has contracted with Oak Crest Auctions to sell a variety of surplus personal property that the city has determined is no longer needed. These auction items will be sold at a live auction on Wednesday beginning at noon at the Plymouth Fire Department, 111 North Center Street.
The Fire Department will be auctioning off a 1995 Pierce Arrow fire engine pumper, with 116,300 miles. It runs and drives great but the pump seal’s leak. VIN IPCAOID2FA040827
They are also auctioning off a very nice 1990 Chevy 3500 4x4, with a 454 engine and 18,616 miles. This pick-up has been regularly serviced by the city. This was Brush 11 and will come with the tank and pump but those are removable. VIN 1GCGK34NOLE181575
Also in the city auction will be numerous equipment items including a Pacific hydrostar 212cc pump; DeWalt power tools; DeWalt impact; tools and tool boxes; 7 Echo gas line trimmers; 2 Echo hedge trimmers; electric hedge trimmers; Husqvarna 365 chainsaw; Poulan wood shark; Coleman ½ hp sewage pump; DeWalt reciprocating saw; Milwaukee angle grinder; Bostitch impact, battery operated; Spraytech EP2 300 SE airless spray equipment; Big Pelican gases 1-165 Dase 2-1700; hydro pump; Pro 110 Reddy Heater,110,000 BTU; and a Silent Drive 220 heater.
Miscellaneous items include: emergency vehicle lighting, radar equipment, gas mask w/ new filters; Phantom 3 drone; body armor; holsters; fluorescent lighting; new 32 x 32 men’s jeans, tarps, 9mm simulation red marking cartridges; road flares; battery jump pack; power wheelchair; over 100 bicycles; helmets; radar equipment; shelves; desks; scrap catalytic converters; file cabinets and office equipment and other miscellaneous items too numerous to mention.
Terms of the city auction are cash or good check. Credit cards are accepted with a 5% buyer’s premium. A current ID is required for registration. Everything is sold in “as is” condition.
