Marshall County Deputy Matt Geiger arrested the driver of a speeding vehicle on U.S. 30 on September 21st.
The deputy stopped a white Jeep on 30 near Gumwood Road on Saturday evening at seven. The vehicle was traveling at 92 mph in a 60 mph zone.
The Chicago driver, Juan Paul Martell Munoz Guerrero, was found not to have ever obtained a driver's license. He was arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail, where he was booked for operator never licensed at 8:02 p.m. He was given a court date and a $100 cash bond, paid at 8:51 p.m., and released. Lyon’s towing impounded the vehicle.
