Foxx is accused of planning to travel to Texas to engage in sexual activities with a minor.
A Clay County man has been charged with 19 counts of child exploitation.
Kenneth L. Foxx was arrested on the Level 4 felonies. Foxx, of Brazil, was investigated by the Hamilton County Metro ICAC Task Force after receiving a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that Foxx was also the target of an investigation of an ICAC taskforce in Montgomery County, Texas. In the Montgomery County case, Foxx is accused of planning to travel to Texas to engage in sexual activities with a minor. An arrest warrant was issued for two counts of possession with intent to promote child pornography by the Montgomery County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office. Foxx was then arrested and jailed on the warrant in Vigo County, Indiana.
Detectives with the Hamilton County Metro ICAC Task Force served search warrants on social media accounts belonging to Foxx which contained numerous files with child sexual exploitation material. A warrant was issued for 19 counts of Child Exploitation and served on Foxx who was still incarcerated on the Texas charges.
The task force is headquartered in the Fishers Police Department. The task force is comprised of detectives from Greenfield, Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Noblesville, Hamilton County Sheriff, and the Department of Homeland Security. The task force focuses on internet crimes against children and investigates child exploitation cases in Hamilton, Hancock, Madison, and Tipton counties.
Foxx is currently being held at the Montgomery County Jail in Texas.
