Jail Bookings
The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Jason A. Price, 42, 897 Fortna Drive, Rochester, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant charging him with possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. He was taken into custody by city police at Fortna Drive and Liberty Lane and held without bond.

• Jasmine Olivia Kay Lottie, 28, South Bend, was arrested Wednesday on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years and possession of marijuana. She was taken into custody by state police on U.S. 31 near County Road 375 North and later released on her own recognizance.

• Aaron D. Bailey, 47, 892 N. Paradise Drive, Rochester, was arrested Thursday on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. He was taken into custody by state police at Main and 16th streets and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.

Police Incidents
Wanted in Cass
• A man was taken into custody at gunpoint shortly before 2 a.m. Wednesday in Kewanna. Police records indicate an attempt to locate him was put out by law enforcement of Cass County. Once taken into custody, he was transported to the county line for relay.
Leaving the scene
• At 1:26 a.m. Wednesday, police received a report about a wrecked and abandoned vehicle upside down at State Road 17 and County Road 700 North in Culver. It was found a few feet into the roadway, with a tree stump also in the road and debris "everywhere." Its license plate had been removed, and a stop sign was knocked down in the crash.
Fire call
• At 4:07 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters were dispatched to a chicken coop fire at 5892 N. State Road 25.
Asked to leave
• At 8:45 a.m. Wednesday, an employee of Pilot, 389 Rochester Crossing Drive, reported that a man has been sleeping on the floor of the business and requested he be asked to leave.
Animal call
• Shortly before 1 p.m. Wednesday, police received a report that a tenant of Arbor Woods Apartments, 500 Mitchell Drive, has been allowing their dog to run off leash and its being aggressive. The owner decided to surrender the dog to the Fulton County Animal Adoption and Education Center.
Ordinance issues
• On Wednesday afternoon, city police left warnings for junk at 1312 College Ave., 342 E. Fourth St., 1316 Madison St., 730 E. 12th St. and 412 W. Fourth St. Additionally, a warning was left for unlicensed vehicles at 1116 Madison St.
Wreck
• A vehicle driven by Kari K. Lashure, of Rochester, hit a pole shortly before 2 p.m. Wednesday in the parking lot of Walmart, 2395 Main St. A juvenile passenger with neck pain and difficulty breathing after was checked by medics.
Reckless
• A 2 p.m. Wednesday, police received a report that a semi-truck was being driven recklessly in the area of U.S. 31 and Olson Road. The driver had allegedly been traveling at least 100 mph at one point and tried running an older lady's vehicle off the road. Police observed no probable cause for a stop.
Extra patrol
• Shortly before 10 p.m. Wednesday, police received a request for extra patrol along Main Street in Fulton due to vehicles reportedly drag racing.
