Jail Bookings
The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Nichole L. Patrick, 41, Knox, was arrested Monday on preliminary charges of burglary, criminal trespass and possession of stolen property. She was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at 9709 Canal Drive and held without bond.

• Kelly L. Wolford, 43, Indianapolis, was arrested Monday on a warrant charging him with probation revocation on an original charge of driving while suspended. He was taken into custody at the jail and held on a $500 cash bond.

• James Winch, 57, Peru, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of small claims contempt. He was picked up at the Miami County Jail and held on a $340 cash bond.

Police Incidents
Trespassed
• After allegedly refusing to leave a woman alone, a man was criminally trespassed by staff of Pilot, 389 Rochester Crossing Drive, around 1 a.m. Monday.
Fight
• At 2:05 a.m. Monday, police responded to a report of a physical fight between two women in the parking lot of Northgate Apartments. They were both detained, however, no charges were to be pursued.
Littering
• At 10:09 a.m. Monday, police received a report that someone in a black truck dumped garbage into a yard along Fortna Drive.
Noise complaint
• At 4:12 a.m. Tuesday, police received a follow-up complaint about a male resident of Northgate Apartments playing music loudly and waking others up. Officers were reportedly unable to get an answer at his door and advised residents to speak with their landlord about the situation.
Suspicious
• At 12:23 p.m. Tuesday, an officer was dispatched to Rochester Motel, 2147 Southway 31, on a report of someone yelling, throwing objects and banging on things. That individual advised they have nightmares, but was OK and did not need assistance.
Wreck
• Vehicles driven by Tyler T. Kaser, of Kewanna, and Michelle R. Herron, of Twelve Mile, collided at approximately 5:25 p.m. Tuesday at 18th and Main streets. No injuries were reported.
Nearly hit
• At 8:44 p.m. Tuesday, a man reported that he was nearly hit by a vehicle while walking near Dairy Queen, 1420 E. Ninth St. He was subsequently advised that he should be wearing a reflective vest.
