Jail Bookings
The following person was recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Deijalyann Tatiana Nicole Henderson, 27, South Bend, was arrested Monday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving when never licensed. She was picked up at the St. Joseph County Jail and held on a $100 cash bond.

Police Incidents
Welfare check
• At 11:30 a.m. Monday, a welfare check was requested for a man repeatedly falling asleep at Rochester Bagel & Coffee House, 231 E. Ninth St. Police records indicate that the man was possibly intoxicated, and employees just wanted him to leave.
Suspicious
• At 1:16 p.m. Monday, a resident in the 900 block of Park Street reported that a homeless person may be camping in nearby woods. A bright green tent was reportedly located in the wooded area, and police were to follow up.
• At 1:32 p.m. Monday, a woman residing at 8664 W. 650 South, Kewanna, reported finding footprints inside her residence. She did not see the individual, but did see a truck leaving the area.
• At 7:27 p.m. Monday, extra patrol was requested for property at 4505 N. State Road 25, Rochester, after unknown inviduals were observed searching in the snow for something.
Scam report
• At 4:12 p.m. Monday, a woman requested to speak with an officer about an alleged scam involving the purchase of a vehicle over Facebook Marketplace.
Fight
• At 5:02 p.m. Monday, police responded to a report of a fight at 317 Westwood Lane, Rochester. According to an initial report, a male kicked in a door to the apartment. Parties involved were reportedly uncooperative, and police determined the altercation to be verbal in nature.
Harassment
• At 5:39 p.m. Monday, a man reported that he was being harassed by a woman after being kicked out of a residence. He was advised his options for a protective order at the sheriff's office.
Wreck
• Vehicles driven by Stephen C. Parker and Derrick W. Voorhees collided at approximately 5:40 p.m. Monday at 12th Street and Bancroft Avenue. No injuries were reported.
