• At 1:38 p.m. Monday, a woman residing in the 1400 block of Franklin Street reported that stray cats have been digging holes in her yard. Animal control was to provide and set live traps.
• At 2:09 p.m. Monday, police received a report that a dog was running loose in the area of Ninth Street and State Road 25. It was picked up by animal control at the fire department and taken to the animal shelter to be microchipped. The owner, residing at Northgate Apartments, was notified.
Juvenile incident
• At 6:15 p.m. Monday, police received a report that a male juvenile with a knife was possibly threatening other children at Liberty Township Park in Fulton. He was subsequently detained at gunpoint due to approaching an officer with the knife in hand. He was then released to his father, who was to address the issue.

• A driver was cited with speeding 92 mph in a 60 mph zone during a traffic stop around 1 a.m. Tuesday at U.S. 31 and 19th Road.
