The Chamber was planning to bring back Cash Bash.
A revival of a former popular Shelby County Chamber of Commerce event has been canceled.
The Chamber was planning to bring back Cash Bash. The event, a reverse raffle and party, was held by the Chamber for several years until the Covid pandemic brought it to a close.
This year, plans were to hold a similar event with a Halloween theme and call it 'Boo Bash'. However, the chamber released the following statement late last week that the event was canceled.
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, our upcoming Chamber Boo Bash scheduled for October 19 has been canceled. This decision was not made lightly, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause.
However, we are excited to announce that in its place, we will be hosting an online holiday silent auction! Stay tuned for more details on how you can participate in this fun and festive way to support the Chamber. We also look forward to sharing our 2025 events calendar with you in the coming months.
