The Bi-State Authority Board of Directors, who govern the Mid-American Air Center located northeast of Lawrenceville met in regular session Tuesday night at the airport terminal board room. They were briefed by manager Kurt Schwartz on the seeking of grant funding for a study on the potential replacement of the sewage treatment plant in the future.
