A Plymouth woman was arrested after employees from the Speedway Gas Station reported a suspicious female in the store.
At 6:40 Friday morning, August 16th Officer Fase with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the North Michigan Street business and located 42-year-old Mary Elizabeth Balboa of Plymouth.
It was found that Balboa had driven to the gas station and was suspected of being impaired. She was transported to the St. Joseph Hospital for a chemical test.
Mary Balboa was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail with criminal charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated on a controlled substance and public intoxication.
