A 23-year-old Plymouth woman is being held in the Marshall County Jail on a $10,000 cash bond for disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, domestic battery and public intoxication.
Monday morning, April 29th just before 9 the Marshall County Sheriff's Department was contacted for an unwanted guest at a residence in the 18,000 block of 2C Road.
County Officers located the suspect in this case, Autumn Carlisle of the 7000 block of Union Road. During the investigation, it was learned that Ms. Carlisle had allegedly struck a male subject with her vehicle and also caused damage to a camper on the property.
Autumn Carlisle was found to be under the influence of alcohol and taken into custody. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for the four charges and held on a $10,000 cash bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
