A motorcycle driver was arrested after officers with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop when the registered owner's license showed up as suspended. The traffic stop occurred on Sunday evening, just after 7:00 p.m. at 1605 North Michigan Street, near Papa John's.
The driver and registered owner was identified as Timothy Abair, 36, of Walnut Street in Plymouth. Abair was suspended prior.
Abair was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail, where he was booked in at 7:47 p.m. for driving while suspended. He was given a court date and a cash bond. His bond was posted at 8:34 p.m., and he was released on bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
