On Saturday, September 28 Plymouth Police were dispatched to the Red Rock Inn for a suspicious male attempting to enter the room of another individual. Upon arrival, police located Mark Lovely, 61, who lives at the Red Rock and was still actively trying to gain entry to the motel room.
During the investigation, it was believed that Lovely was under the influence of narcotics. Narcotics were located on his person when he was taken into custody.
Mark Lovely was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County jail where he was lodged for the following possession of a legend drug, residential entry, and public intoxication. He was given a court date with Marshall County Superior Court III and a cash bond of $1,500.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
