4C Health is pleased to announce that Dr. Betsy Rosiek has accepted the newly created role of Associate Medical Director, effective January 2026.
Dr. Rosiek brings decades of psychiatric experience spanning both clinical practice andhealthcare administration. Her depth of expertise, leadership, and longstanding commitment to patient-centered care have made her an invaluable part of the 4C Health
team.
In her new role, Dr. Rosiek will continue providing direct clinical services across outpatient, Community Rehabilitation and Support Services (CRSS), and Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) programs, while also taking on expanded leadership responsibilities. She will support efforts to enhance clinical processes, strengthen care delivery systems, and advance quality initiatives across the organization.
The Associate Medical Director position was created to further support 4C Health’s mission of delivering compassionate, collaborative, and competent behavioral health services throughout the communities it serves. Organizational leadership is currently working with Dr. Rosiek to further define and refine the scope of this evolving role to best meet the needs of clients and staff.
