Wednesday at 7:50 p.m., Officer Lovely with the Plymouth Police Department was patrolling in the area of North Oak Drive and U.S. 30 when he observed a Dodge Caliber operating with no lights.
The officer initiated a traffic stop and during the investigation found that the driver, Anabel Gonnzales-Gama, 41, of West Jackson Street in Plymouth was operating without a valid driver’s license.
She was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail, where she was lodged for operating without ever having obtained a license as a class C misdemeanor. She was issued a court date and a cash bond that was paid within an hour and she was released on bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
