Three individuals were arrested on July 8th. As Plymouth Police attempted to locate a wanted subject, two individuals told officers he was not in the residence. A search revealed the wanted individual in a bedroom. The other two were arrested for obstruction and assisting a criminal.
At about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, officers from the Plymouth Police Department attempted to locate a male subject who had an active felony warrant for his arrest. They went to 900 West Harrison Street, # 223 in the Maplewood Village Mobile Home Court and spoke with Isaiah Navejar, 20, and Francisco Navejar, 46. Police were told that the wanted male, Roberto Navejar, 42, was not inside, and that they had not seen him.
Officers and K9 Castor conducted a sweep of the residence and located Roberto Navejar in a bedroom inside the residence. He was transported and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for his warrant.
Isaiah and Francisco Navejar were also transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged with obstruction of justice and assisting a criminal.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
