Officers from the Marshall County Sheriff's Department responded Friday morning, June 20th, at 11:05 to the report of an unwanted guest in the Walkerton area.
During the investigation, county officers discovered criminal acts taking place.
32-year-old Jay Watson of Queen Road in Walkerton was arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a minor and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

As the investigation continued, 34-year-old Winter Watson and 56-year-old Victoria Willis, both of Deep Run, North Carolina, were taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail for possession of a controlled substance, obstruction of justice, possession of synthetic urine, possession of marijuana, and neglect of a dependent. They were each held on $3,000 cash bonds.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Department was assisted at the scene by Plymouth Police and the Marshall County Division of Child Services.
