The inaugural edition of the Hoosier Legends Conference’s All-Conference Boys Basketball Team includes a trio of Triton Central Tigers.
Senior Eli Sego and Grant Long and junior Jackson Faust are part of the 11-player All-HLC squad.
Sego was selected Player of the Year while averaging 22.5 points, 3.6 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game this season. He is now Triton Central’s career scoring leader and currently sits at 1,600 career points ahead of tonight’s Sectional 43 game against Heritage Christian.
Long averaged 5.3 ppg, 3.3 rpg and 2.1 apg.
Faust contributed 7.4 ppg and 3.0 rpg.

- Tri-West’s Ryan Miller (14.3 ppg, 2.8 apg)
- Speedway’s Drew Matelic (25.4 ppg, 6.9 rpg)
- Speedway’s Kendrick Kiser (9.6 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 3.2 apg)
- Beech Grove’s Bishop Moore (12.6 ppg, 8 rpg)
- Beech Grove’s A.J. Amos (13.8 ppg, 5.5 rpg)
- Monrovia’s Clay Tharp (stats unavailable)
- Indian Creek’s Carter Cooley (16.1 ppg, 4.1 rpg)
Triton Central captured the HLC championship with a perfect 5-0 mark.
Tri-West was runner-up at 4-1, finishing ahead of Monrovia (2-3), Speedway (2-3), Beech Grove (2-3) and Indian Creek (0-5).
The HLC will expand to eight teams this fall, adding Shelbyville and Greenwood.
