The Midland Trail Conference (MTC) has released it's All Conference Girls Basketball teams for 2023-24. Three Red Hill Lady Salukis were selected to the team by vote of the league coaches. Sophomore Caitlee Gray was named to the First Team, along with MVP Jase Burkett and Olivia and Sophia Skinner of Woodlawn, Amiya Ray of Sandoval and Greenlea Vaughn of Wayne City. Picked as Honorable Mentions were senior Tess Heath and sophomore Riley Moore of the Lady Salukis, Chloe King and Shayla Brumley of Webber and Lexi Calhoun of Sandoval. Matt Patterson of Woodlawn was voted the Coach of the Year.
