Rochester's dominance of Three Rivers Conference football opponents was on display again Friday in a win at Peru, 50-0.
The Zebras have outscored conference opponents 229-7 this season. Rochester has recorded shutouts in four of the Zebras five TRC games.
Brant Beck led the Rochester rushing attack with 118 yards and a touchdown on nearly 11 yards / carry. Rochester (5-1, 5-0 TRC) averaged eight yards / carry for a team rushing total of 257 yards.
Quarterback Carson Paulik was 8-off-11 passing for 115 yards and touchdown passes to Trenton Meadows (two) and Grant Clark.
Jabez Yarber led the Zebras in tackles with ten, four tackles for loss.Yarber also recorded a defensive hurry and had a reception for 20 yards.
Rochester remains tied with Maconaquah atop the TRC with identical 5-0 records. Maconaquah got by Northwestern 42-28.
Rochester will host Northfield on Friday. Northfield won its first game of the season by outscoring Wabash 47-41.
