A Red Hill Lady Saluki has received a postseason honor from the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association (IBCA).
Senior Caitlee Gray was named to the Special Mention Team by IBCA representatives at the All-State selection meeting held on March 5.
Gray led Red Hill to an 11-11 record. She was atop the Saluki stat sheet with 17 points per game. She also led the team in rebounding (8.4 / game), steals (2.3) and blocks (1.3).
The 5'9" Gray has committed to play at the next level at Olney Central College.
Gray joined her teammate Riley Moore in earning Midland Trail honors. Gray was named First Team All-Conference. Meanwhile, Moore was named Honorable Mention All-Conference. Moore was second on the team in scoring (7.2 ppg) and led the Lady Salukis in steals (2.4 / game).
