With a three-set win at No. 2 doubles, Triton Central tennis defeated Covenant Christian Monday, 3-2.
Drayton Kermode and Graham Gast rallied from one set down to defeat Luke LaGrange and Korey Howell, 4-6, 7-6 (5), 6-2 at No. 2 doubles.
At No. 1 doubles, Max Crouse and Caleb McGuire defeated Isaac Crane and Cooper Shields, 7-5, 6-1.
Triton Central’s third win came at No. 3 singles where Bradyn Robinson topped Eli Kegeris, 6-1, 6-1.
At No. 1 singles, Max Carter defeated Triton Central’s Janssen Capps, 6-3, 6-0. And Zack Malek bested Brayden Hoover at No. 2 singles, 0-6, 6-2, 6-3.
Triton Central is 9-5 this season.

Triton Central 2, Franklin 2
At Triton Central, freshman Maddie Burnett scored both of Triton Central’s goals.
Burnett’s second goal came off an assist from Rylie Pruitt with 10.2 seconds left on the clock to force a tie.
Ariel Walker was credited with an assist on Burnett’s first goal.
Franklin dropped to 5-4-1.
Triton Central’s junior varsity squad improved to 7-0-1 this season with a 1-0 win over Franklin. Alina Kahler scored the goal for the Tigers.
Triton Central is at Speedway (0-10-1) Wednesday.
Boys tennis
Greenfield-Central 4, Shelbyville 1
At Shelbyville, the visiting Cougars swept the singles matches and added a win at No. 2 doubles.
Shelbyville’s win came at No. 1 doubles where Aiden Smith and Wyatt Armstrong improved to 15-1 this season with a 6-2, 6-0 win over Kasen Jarnecke and Jacob Welch.
At No. 3 singles, Greenfield-Central’s Andrew White needed three sets to dispatch of Bram Kolkmeier, 3-6, 6-4, 10-7.
Shelbyville dropped to 11-5 (3-3 Hoosier Heritage Conference).
Rushville 4, Southwestern 1
At Rushville, Southwestern’s lone win came at No. 1 singles where Kyle Beck produced a 6-2, 6-2 victory.
Volleyball
Rushville def. Waldron, 25-7, 25-21, 26-24
At Rushville, Makenna Ripberger led the victorious Lions (7-7) with 10 kills, three service aces and 11 digs.
Lacey Chase finished with 28 assists.
