Waldron trailed after each of the first two quarters Saturday against Edinburgh then outscored the Lancers 17-4 in the third quarter to roll to a 48-40 victory.
Ethan Moody scored nine of his 11 points in the decisive third quarter while the Mohawks limited Edinburgh to just two field goals.
Luke Myers led Waldron with 16 points. Matt Campbell finished with six points.
Samson Parkhurst led the Lancers (2-1, 0-1 Mid-Hoosier Conference) with 11 points. Max Dodson finished with eight points.
Waldron (2-1, 1-0 MHC) hosts Morristown (1-2) Friday.

At Triton Central, 11 of the 12 Tigers that took the floor scored, led by Eli Sego’s 15 points.
Jackson Faust hit a pair of three-pointers on the way to 12 points. Chace Calderone finished with 11.
Triton Central led 20-2 after one quarter and 42-5 at halftime.
Landon Drake led Southwestern with 11 points.
Triton Central won the junior varsity game, 59-27.
Landon Bailey led the Tigers with 18 points. Chandler Holt topped the Spartans with 12 points.
Southwestern (0-3) is at KIPP Indy Legacy (0-2) Friday.
Triton Central (3-1) is at Tri-West (1-1) Friday for its first Hoosier Legends Conference game.

Batesville 53, Shelbyville 48
At Batesville, the host Bulldogs limited the Golden Bears to five points in the fourth quarter to secure the win.
Shelbyville (4-3) led after each of the first two quarters and the game was tied 43-all after three quarters.
Maggie Jelinek did not score in the fourth quarter but still led Batesville (5-3) with 13 points. Molly Gesell finished with 12 points. Nora Weideman and Jersey Trenkamp each scored nine points.
Jayla Ash led the Golden Bears with 18 points. Hannah Baker finished with 14.
Shelbyville opens its final Hoosier Heritage Conference schedule Tuesday at Class 3A, No. 13 New Palestine (9-1, 2-0 HHC).
