Shelbyville golf posted a season-best score Wednesday at Fall Creek Golf Club but could not overcome a strong performance by Pendleton Heights, who prevailed 187-192.
Kiersten Dujmovich led the Arabians with a 43 to earn the medalist honor. Morgan Bricker followed with a 44.
Also on the Pendleton Heights’ scorecard were Claire Bowman (49) and Ava Reed (51).
Riley Everette led the Golden Bears with a 46. Hana Stenger finished two shots back at 48 and Julie Garrison and Sophia Asher carded 49s.
Shelbyville hosts Triton Central today at Blue Bear Golf Club.

At Tameka Woods Golf Course in Trafalgar, Triton Central’s Kennedy Hall shot 40 to earn her second medalist honor of the season.
