Plymouth Lady Pilgrims travel to Indiana Tech and compete at the Bulldog Invite

Plymouth with some amazing performances at Indiana Tech in the individual events and team relays.

Plymouth's 4x800m team turned in another season best by shaving over nine seconds off from last week and took first place in a very solid field. 

Ava Lloyd ran her PR in the 60m dash as Hayden Shipley ran another solid race. 

Plymouth's other two relays ran great, the 4 x 400m finished in fifth place while the 4 x 200m team finished in tenth with two new runners into the relay pool. 

The team battled hard against a stellar field that included some of the state’s top teams: FW Northrup, FW Dwenger, Elkhart, Columbia City and almost all the NLC teams. 

Plymouth had two competittors in both long jump and are on the verge of attaining PRs. The shot put trio of Ava Lloyd took fourth, Daisy Van Meter finished in sixth (PR) and Marisa Kmiatek threw further this week than last. 

Haileigh Olivarez took to the pole vault runway this week in her season debut and finished in a tie for fourth place.  Taylor Schadek, Ryleigh Schadek, Brooklyn Scruggs, Hayden Shipley, Ava Lloyd, Kathryn Morrison, Haileigh Olivarez and Lizbeth Gomez all competed in two or more events during the second Hoosier State Relay.

The Plymouth Lady Pilgrims track team will travel to Warsaw and compete at our the final HSR qualifier meet on Saturday, March 21.
