The District 1 11-12-year-old Little League tournament began play Sunday night at Ed Walter Field in Mt. Carmel.
In game 1, Robinson beat Olney 7-3 and in game 2, host Mt. Carmel rolled over Lawrenceville 17-1.
That sets up play on day #2 Monday with Robinson playing Mt. Carmel at 6 p.m. in the winners' bracket while Lawrenceville will face Olney at 8 p.m. in the losers' bracket in the double elimination affair.
