CULVER - The early bird indoor track and field meet took place at Culver Academies Friday with the CGA team coming away with a win. In the girls meet CGA took the win with a team score of 105. Plymouth was third with an 89. New Prairie won the boys meet with a team score of 131, CMA was third with 105. Plymouth’s girls got first place finishes from Ally Dolan in the 45 yard hurdles with a 6.69 and CeCe Robinson in the shot with a 38’11”. CGA had first place finishes from Erin Anderson in the 440 dash with a 1:05.4, Isabelle Ahlenius in the pole vault with 8’, the 4x245 relay of Maggie Bialek, Laurel Sullivan, Elle Strogilos, and Sobe Uwajeh, and the 4x367 relay team of Madison Stevens, Grace Trefren, Erin Anderson and Bialek. CMA had firsts from Howard Mosley in the 45 hurdles with a 6.69, Shane Pursch in the 440 dash with a 56.1, Jacob Cross in the 880 with a 2:23.8, Jackson Rice in the high jump with a 5’06”, the 4x367 relay of Pursch, Callaway Bird, Howard Mosley and Jacob Bird, and the 4x880 relay of Jacob and Callaway Bird, Pursch and Andrew Setzer.
