CULVER - After a terrible start, Culver’s girls basketball team got back in the game by the second quarter, then outlasted DeMotte Christian, 49-46, in double overtime Monday. Rose Peterson led the Lady Cavaliers in scoring with 19 points (five 3s) and rebounds with seven. Kennedy Jackson added 13 points and six boards. Each had three steals as well. Grace Sieber led the team in assists with five.
