The Lawrenceville Indians picked up a solid road victory Tuesday.
They knocked off the Cumberland Pirates at Toledo 4-1.
The Tribe scored 4 times on 8 hits with 2 errors and Cumberland scored 1 run on just 4 hits and also committed 2 errors.
Wyalan Bice had 3 hits and a RBI, Maddox Pargin had 2 hits and Emery Ivers and Garrett Moorehead each had RBIs to back the pitching duo of Boston Gray and Noah Wilson.
The win was the second in a row for the Indians who improve to 4-1 on the season.
The Indians are scheduled to meet Carmi-White County Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. at Unit 20 Ballpark in Lawrenceville.
